Hi there, welcome 💚
We’re RYT-200 Yoga instructors that combine our passion for sports and the outdoors into our practice. Our vinyasa style is functional, funky and all-round flow-y.
To us, yoga is a lifestyle that you can practice everyday - both on and off the mat. We hope to share this ethos and passion to our community through movement, breathework and meditation.
We both trained in the Sacred Valley in Peru with @breatheandflow, where we truly embarked on a transformative journey that led us into where we are today. Here, we’ll keep you updated with our latest class schedules, insights and inspiration for wellness and growth.
Thank you for joining us in our journey, and we hope to see you on the mat soon.
With gratitude,

I first came across yoga as a competitive dancer and varsity basketball athlete during university. Over COVID, I picked up meditation and breathwork and began to notice the impact it had on keeping me grounded and mindful while navigating change and everyday life.
As a teacher, my goal is to share the holistic benefits of yoga and to empower my students to move with intention and to connect with their inner selves in this insane fast paced world.
I strive to create a safe space where you can challenge yourself physically and mentally, build body awareness and find a deeper connection with the passenger within.
Outside of the mat, you’ll most likely find me climbing in a gym or on a rock. For climbers, yoga offers a powerful way to enhance mobility and build core strength, while also building mental resilience and focus.
Yoga has empowered me - perhaps we can guide you to discover its transformative power as well 💚
I’m a dedicated triathlete who has found yoga to be an essential part of my training journey, not just for enhancing physical performance but also for promoting overall balance and well-being. My personal experience with yoga has shown me the transformative benefits it can have for athletes, from helping to prevent injuries to improving focus and resilience.
My sessions incorporate dynamic stretches, mindful breathing techniques, and poses specifically chosen to improve mobility, build functional strength, and aid in recovery. For triathletes and other endurance athletes, yoga offers a unique blend of strength-building, flexibility, and mindfulness that complements high-intensity training.
Yoga is more than just physical movement—it’s a practice of mental focus, breath awareness, and balance, which are crucial in both sports and everyday life. I aim to share this holistic approach with my students, creating a space where they can connect with their bodies, sharpen their focus, and foster resilience both on and off the mat.
